  • How can I make a loan payment using an account from another financial institution?

    Set up your loan payment feature in 7 simple steps.

    Log into our online banking website (Don’t have an account? You can create one now.)

    Under Move Money, select Loan Payment.

    Click the link to add your external account.

    Click Continue – you’ll need to have your institution's name or 9-digit routing number and your account number ready.

    Complete the Add Account form.

    Once added, you’ll see an Add Account Confirmation box - Two small deposits of less than $1.00 each will be made to the account you added within the next three (3) business days. Once you see the deposits, return to the Loan Payment page to validate the deposit accounts.

    You will then be able to make loan payments from the external financial institution account.

    You can avoid the $6 check by phone fee by utilizing our online or mobile app loan payment feature. Once you complete the initial set-up, you can make payments with the click of button absolutely free. To set-up and access via the Mobile App, log into the app and click on More. Under More, click the link for Loan Payment.

  • How can I use a debit card to make an online or mobile loan payment?

    For Online Banking:
     
    Go to Move Money and choose Loan Payment.

    When the window refreshes, you will see a box that says:

    • Schedule loan payments
    • Make payment
    • Manage external accounts

    If you click on Make Payment, you will see a box that says:

    • Pay from bank account
    • Pay by debit card
    • Pay from internal account

    Choose what debt you would like to pay, accept the terms and conditions, and hit continue. A screen will appear with all info that is needed to complete the debit card transaction. (Please note, there is a $3.95 processing fee for any debit card transaction - this cannot be waived.)

    For Mobile Banking:

    Go to the More/Menu tab in the bottom right corner, then choose the Loan Payment button.

  • I changed my phone number and/or address. Can FAFCU still contact me?

    Yes, but you'll need to update your account information to reflect that. You can do so either in person or online.

    As another reminder, if you hold a joint account with someone else and you both move to a new location, you both need to update your account information.

  • I received a call from your Fraud Department regarding my debit or credit card. What do I do?

    In order to prevent possible difficulties using your card, please contact Member Care Services at (800) 342-1184.
