ACH and Wire Tranfers

Send Money Safely & Easily

Whether you’re paying a bill, sending money to family, or transferring funds across the globe, you need options that are fast, secure, and stress-free.

Your Transfer Options
  • ACH Transfers: Great for everyday needs like paying bills, moving money between accounts, or setting up recurring payments. Simple, reliable, and affordable.
  • Wire Transfers: When time matters, wire transfers are the way to go. Send money the same day across the U.S. or internationally with peace of mind that it will get there securely.

ACH vs. Wire Transfers: Which Is Right for You?

Both ACH and Wire Transfers are safe, convenient ways to move money electronically. The difference comes down to speed, cost, and frequency:

  • Wire Transfers
Best for one-time, urgent payments. Funds typically arrive the same day, making wires ideal when timing is critical. Keep in mind, there is a fee for this speed. See our Fee Schedule for the most up-to-date wire transfer fees.

  • ACH Transfers
Perfect for recurring or routine transactions like bill payments or account-to-account transfers. First Atlantic ACH payments are free and reliable, though they don’t always post the same day.
