Are you a passionate and driven high school or college student looking to impact your community? The Youth Advisory Board is your opportunity to gain leadership experience, develop financial literacy, and help shape the future of banking for young members.
Plus, high school seniors are eligible to apply for an exclusive $2,500 scholarship awarded to a Youth Advisory Board member.
Students currently in high school or enrolled in a college or university students will work alongside First Atlantic’s marketing team to provide fresh perspectives on financial products and services designed for youth and young adults. As a board member, you'll participate in discussions, collaborate on community projects, and gain valuable networking, leadership, banking, and marketing experience.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be between ages 16-25 years old
- Must be a member of First Atlantic Federal Credit Union or willing to become one
- Membership also makes you eligible to apply for the scholarship
- Must demonstrate an interest in financial literacy, leadership, or community service
Committment
- Attend scheduled monthly meetings (in-person or virtually)
- Actively participate in discussions and initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between First Atlantic and local youth
