COVID-19 Updates to Branch Hours and Access

In order to follow state guidelines and for the safety of our staff and members, we’ve updated our branch hours to the following:

Monday – Friday 9:00AM to 4:30PM
Saturday 9:00AM to 12:00PM

We encourage you to utilize our drive up windows, ATMs, Call Center, as well as mobile and online banking to transact with us.

If you need to physically enter one of our branches due to the sensitive nature of your visit, it is important you make an appointment via phone, email, or our online scheduler:

Here’s what you can expect:

As per the guidance from local and state government officials and industry best practices:

• All persons entering or working in a branch location must wear an acceptable face covering.
• Up to three members will be allowed to be in the lobby at any given time.
• Social distancing signage will be posted and enforced.
• We will continue to sanitize and disinfect branch locations throughout the day with full sanitization at the end of each workday.
• If a member is not feeling well, we ask that they not visit our lobbies and instead continue to utilize our digital tools or drive-thru services.

Our debit card holders receive free and convenient access to their funds no matter where they are! Our No-Fee ATMs can be found in over 30,000 locations and members will never have to worry about being charged any hidden fees for using out-of-network ATMs.
