Stay in control of your money anytime, anywhere.
With First Atlantic’s free text* and email alerts, you’ll receive real-time notifications to help monitor your account activity and protect against unexpected surprises.

Why Set Up Account Alerts?

Our customizable alerts help you:

• Track your balance: Get notified when your account drops below a set amount.
• Spot unusual activity: Get alerts for large or unexpected withdrawals.
• Stay on top of deposits: Know the moment your paycheck or other deposit hits.
• Protect your account: Be the first to know if something doesn't look right.

• Balance thresholds
• Large withdrawals
• Deposits posted

How to Customize Your Alerts

It only takes a minute to activate alerts on your account. First, log in to your First Atlantic account at fafcu.com or in your First Atlantic Mobile App.

For Mobile:

1. Tap the Settings gear icon in the upper right corner
2. Select Push Notifications from the menu
3. Toggle the switches to turn on the alerts you want to receive.
   1. You can customize notfications for each of your First Atlantic deposit accounts individually
4. Adjust your thresholds. Set the specific dollar amounts that will trigger an alert based on your preferences by tapping on the dollar amount displayed

For Desktop:

1. Click My Settings in the upper right corner of your online banking dashboard
2. Scroll down to Other Settings and click Alerts & Notifications
3. Update your contact info to choose where your alerts will be sent (email, text, or both)
4. Choose your alerts:
   1. Select which types of notifications you'd like to receive such as balance alerts, large transactions, deposits, and more
   2. You can customize alerts for each of your First Atlantic deposit accounts by choosing the account from the dropdown menu
5. Adjust your thresholds. Set the specific dollar amounts that will trigger an alert based on your preferences.
